01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the srpl99 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, and any associated services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the srpl99 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of srpl99, whether registered account holders or visitors browsing the platform without an account. If you are accessing srpl99 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

srpl99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file. Your continued use of srpl99 following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the srpl99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming platforms.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing srpl99 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of srpl99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from srpl99 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

srpl99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by srpl99 may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming features on srpl99, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested for identity verification purposes.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one srpl99 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. srpl99 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your srpl99 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. srpl99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify srpl99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. srpl99 may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

Account Verification (KYC): srpl99 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on srpl99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). srpl99 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your srpl99 wallet within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. srpl99 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes during operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• srpl99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. srpl99 may apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered contact details.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

srpl99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be transferred to the withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• srpl99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on srpl99 — including live baccarat, Nine, Double Fortune, Bingo, and Slot titles — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, financial, and conduct matters.

Game Integrity: All srpl99 games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer protocols that are independently tested for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game information panel.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, srpl99 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. srpl99's decision on technical malfunction outcomes is final.

Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. srpl99 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players or games at any time.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the srpl99 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one srpl99 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to srpl99 immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the srpl99 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing srpl99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the srpl99 platform — including but not limited to the srpl99 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of srpl99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the srpl99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any srpl99 content without prior written consent.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

srpl99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using srpl99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

srpl99 may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, srpl99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the srpl99 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

srpl99's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

srpl99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing srpl99.

11 Account Termination

Termination by You: You may close your srpl99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

Termination by srpl99: srpl99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Any other circumstance where srpl99 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or regulatory compliance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, srpl99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account.

12 Responsible Gaming

srpl99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. srpl99 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the srpl99 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

srpl99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, srpl99 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of srpl99 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of srpl99, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents srpl99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
